Transformed an old, modest home on a stunning lot overlooking Windsor park to a 1.1 million dollar property. The house was lifted and a brand new foundation was poured, complete with french double doors and a garden walk-out. Structural walls on the ground floor were removed to allow for a large kitchen and dining area overlooking the park. Plumbing and mechanical ducting were creatively redirected along structural beams and incorporated as design features in the ceiling, in order to maximize the ceiling height in the key living spaces. Gorgeous master bedroom and ensuite overlooked Windsor park: Stand alone bathtub was surrounded by glass.
